Terms and Conditions
We don’t like legalese either. But instead of total anarchy we have created a Terms of Service to protect you and us. Since this is a legal agreement between you and Glimmer Gains Ltd, hereinafter referred to as “RedSext”, we suggest you take a few minutes to read what you are agreeing to.
If RedSext accepts your Member Sign-up Form, you will become a “Member” having additional access to the Site and related services only under the policies, terms, and conditions below. For clarity, we will refer to the RedSext.com website, and all services we provide (such as: Chat, Exchange of Digital Goods [Photos, Videos and Audios], Calls [Voice / Video]) as “Site”. We will refer to any information, entertainment services, and other products or services you may receive from other Members (in their role as Models) or their listings on the Site as “Model Services.” Members who solicit or receive Model Services from other Members will be referred to as “Members.” Members who create listings and/or provide Model Services will also be referred to as “Models.” In addition, Models may sell to other Members additional content (photos, videos, audio files) through the “Chat” feature, referred to as “Content”.
The policies, terms, and conditions below limit RedSext’s liability and obligations to you and allow RedSext to change, suspend or terminate access to and use of the Site and Model Services. The Privacy Policy, RedSext Rules are incorporated into the Terms of Service and provide additional terms and information. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, RedSext Rules, and Affiliate Agreement collectively make up the “RedSext User Agreement” that governs a user's access to and use of RedSext.
By directing your browser to the Site as a Member or visitor, or otherwise accessing the pages of the Site, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service.
RedSext may modify these Terms of Service, or suspend or terminate your use of the Site, at any time without notice to you. If any modification to the Terms of Service is not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Site and Model Services. This includes, but is not limited to, commission and connection fee changes. By continuing to use the Site or any Model Services following any posting of a new Terms of Service or policies on the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by the new Terms of Service or policies.
1. While we are an inclusive community, not everyone can use RedSext. Your eligibility to use the Site is limited.
(a) To use the Site or Model Services, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old. By accessing the Site, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and comply with its terms. You acknowledge that RedSext is an adult service and affirm your legal right to access adult content, voluntarily choosing to use this Site. You also assert that you are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity. While RedSext does not conduct criminal background checks or screenings on its users, it reserves the right to do so at any time. You must not use the Site for any illegal activities, including those related to child pornography or unlawful prostitution.
(b) The use of the Site may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States or the United Kingdom, you are responsible for complying with the local laws and regulations of your location. You must not use the Site or become a Member if you are in a country where such use is prohibited by law, decree, regulation, treaty, or administrative act, or if the country is restricted from trade relations with the United States. This includes, but is not limited to, Belarus, Myanmar (Burma), Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Russia, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria. Additionally, entities or individuals on the Specially Designated Nationals list (SDN) are prohibited from using the Site.
(c) Your membership is for personal use only, and you are responsible for all activities conducted under your Member account and password. You agree to keep your password and account information confidential. You may not authorize others to use your account or transfer your account to another person or entity. You are responsible for all Model Services purchased using your account information.
(d) RedSext retains all rights, titles, and interests in Model Services and the Site. No rights, whether copyrights, patent rights, trademarks, or licenses, are granted by RedSext, either expressly or impliedly. You grant RedSext the right to use, copy, distribute, display, or reference any content from your account, including your member name, tags, descriptions, photos, RedSext buttons, Listings, Chats, or other content. RedSext will not distribute or share your content on third-party sites without your explicit written consent.
(e) RedSext reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Site or alter the terms and conditions of use without notice at its discretion. RedSext may suspend or terminate your membership and deny access to the Site at any time, without notice, if you violate the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy. RedSext may notify your bank or authorities and take appropriate actions if it suspects you have breached any terms, provided false billing or payment information, or engaged in illegal activities causing harm or disruption.
(f) You can cancel your account at any time by emailing support@RedSext.com with the subject "Cancel Account." Any suspension, termination, or cancellation will not affect your obligation to pay any amounts owed to RedSext.
2. Your actions and your content are your responsibility.
(a) You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful, and you agree to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate, misleading, or false. As a Model, you agree to provide true, accurate, and complete payment and contact information and update it as necessary. You must not use false identities, impersonate others, or use a name you are not authorized to use. Accounts cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to another person or entity.
(b) You use or provide Model Services at your own risk. As a Model, you will only provide Model Services to Members and must terminate and report calls if you suspect the caller is not a Member or if there is more than one person on the call. Use your judgment to decide when to initiate, receive, or discontinue Model Services. Members also use Model Services at their own risk, and RedSext is not responsible for their actions. RedSext reserves the right to contact Members and review account activity to ensure compliance with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
(c) Monitoring Policy: To ensure a safe and compliant environment, RedSext reserves the right to monitor conversations and exchanges between Models and Members. This monitoring may include real-time observation, automated scanning, or review of recorded sessions. RedSext does this to ensure adherence to its Terms of Service, detect and prevent illegal or prohibited activities, and uphold community standards.
(d) Content Upload and Intellectual Property Rights
By posting and uploading content as part of your Model Services, you affirm to RedSext that you hold all necessary intellectual property rights to the content and maintain all required records. You warrant that your content is lawful, complies with applicable standards, and does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights. You agree to prohibit any activity that is illegal or otherwise violates the site’s Standards.
You further warrant that you have obtained written consent from all persons depicted in the content, and that such consent is specific to the following areas:
Additionally, you are required to verify the identity and age of all persons depicted in your content, ensuring that they are adults. You must keep records of these verifications and be prepared to provide supporting documentation upon request.
You must provide RedSext with written consent and valid identification for any persons depicted in the content, upon request, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning your content.
While you retain your pre-existing intellectual property rights in the content you sell through the Site, you grant RedSext a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, promote, and sell your content solely for the purpose of the sale and promotion of your items through the Site.
(e) You are responsible for your interactions with Members and for the content you post or transmit on the Site. You must not post or transmit offensive, harassing, or illegal content or any content that infringes on another person’s rights. RedSext reserves the right to determine what constitutes offensive or harassing content and may deny service to any infringing party. Members can help flag inappropriate content. RedSext controls and reviews third-party websites and removes them if the third-party links found to include violating or illegal content. Advertisements and third-party links are generally not supported and are strictly reviewed, ensuring that no violating or illegal content is shared.
(f) You must exercise caution, discretion, and good judgment in using the Site and Model Services and in disclosing personal information. RedSext prohibits disclosing contact information or providing information to circumvent the Site's payment system. Members cannot use the Site to solicit in-person meetings. RedSext reserves the right to review Member interactions but assumes no responsibility for policing Members. If you believe a Member has violated the law or is endangering anyone, contact the police directly.
(g) The Site is for entertainment purposes only. If you have a dispute with another Member or suffer harm related to any Model Services, you waive all claims against RedSext and its affiliates. California residents waive their rights under California Civil Code §1542, and residents of other states and nations waive their rights under analogous laws..
(h) All user-submitted content undergoes a review process before being made public. Upon submission, content remains visible only to the uploader with a “Pending Review” status. It will only become publicly accessible once approved by an Admin for legal compliance and adherence to our policies. Our moderation process includes both automated tools and human review to detect prohibited content such as hate speech, harassment, or illegal activities. Users can report content they believe violates our guidelines, and we may remove or restrict access if necessary. If content is rejected or removed, users have the right to appeal through our support team.
3. General Complaints
We invite anybody to report abusive or standards-violating content.
Your report will be completely confidential and handled within 7 days from reception. Please use the "CONTACT" page.
CONTENT REMOVAL:
We take all requests seriously and will quickly process and remove any content necessary.
Should you be the victim of, or come across content that you have personal knowledge of as constituting:
- Non-consensual production and/or distribution of your image.
- Otherwise abusive and/or illegal content.
- Content that reveals personal information.

4. As a Model, you may earn money. If you do, we need to pay you.
(a) By utilizing Model Services you may earn money that can be paid to you. The Member who initiates a transaction is responsible for payment of any and all fees for the transaction. RedSext shall not be obligated to pay any fees for which RedSext has not been fully paid by the Member or Member's credit card issuer or bank, as applicable. You hereby authorize RedSext to collect payments from Members on your behalf for any and all transactions that you conduct. RedSext will credit to your Member account the fees collected less RedSext’s commissions and connection charges, any tax withholdings required by law, and any refunds, discounts, chargebacks, and chargeback fees payable by RedSext (the "Net Fees").
(b) RedSext acts only as an interface to facilitate communications initiated between Members. As a Model, you are not an employee, agent, or contractor of RedSext, and you shall not represent that you are any of the foregoing. You are responsible for all equipment necessary to access and use the Site and Model Services, and for reporting and payment of all taxes associated with fees transferred to you by RedSext.
(c) As a Model providing Model Services you may charge a fee for interactions with other Members. RedSext may charge you a commission-based fee, which will be automatically deducted from all earnings gained on the site. RedSext is obliged to pay your earnings to you through your chosen payout method, which is limited to the following options selected when signing up to the site as a “Model”: ACH, Wire Transfer, SEPA Payment. The supported payout currencies are limited to USD, GBP, and EUR. Further details on the commission structure and payout fees can be found on our Model Support page.
(d) RedSext reserves the right to restrict payment to a Member for any reason and in its discretion. Further, RedSext reserves the right to withhold issuing payment for your fees without notice on any transaction which in our discretion suggests that the Member or Member's bank may not fulfill his or her payment obligation. RedSext reserves the right to hold funds beyond the normal distribution periods for transactions it deems suspicious to ensure the integrity of the funds.
5. We’ve got a few Notices and Disclaimers.
(a) The Site and any Model Services obtained through the Site are provided “AS IS” with no warranty of any kind. RedSext expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, Model Services, and all communications between Members made through the site, including any implied warranty of quality, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. In addition, RedSext makes no representation or warranty that the operation of the Site will be error-free.
(b) The contents of this website are protected by copyright and may not be copied or otherwise reproduced without RedSext’s written permission except as expressly set forth above. You may not publish, or create derivative works from the contents of this website for any public or commercial purposes. RedSext owns and retains all rights in or to certain trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or slogans, whether now existing or hereafter created, whether now existing, or hereafter created, including but not limited to RedSext and Speak to Your Desire.
(c) Under no circumstances will RedSext be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or Model Services, whether or not RedSext has been adviced of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, RedSext and its suppliers’ aggregate liability to you arising with respect to this agreement will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees actually earned by RedSext from you (after payments to Members and other third parties) in the previous twelve (12) month, and (b) one hundred dollars ($100). RedSext will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
(d) You further agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify RedSext, and its employees, subsidiaries, agents, and representatives, from and against any liability arising from or in any way related to your use of the Site or provision of Model Services, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees, of every kind and nature, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, disclosed and undisclosed. In each case, RedSext will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit, or action. RedSext shall have the right to withhold payments to you to offset liabilities and expenses covered hereunder.
6. 18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement
RedSext is committed to maintaining compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, also known as the "Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act." All visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on the Site, whether of actual human beings or otherwise, are in compliance with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75.
For any content uploaded by Models that is subject to these requirements, the uploader and RedSext are equally responsible for ensuring compliance with these laws. This includes maintaining and producing proper documentation confirming that all individuals depicted are 18 years of age or older at the time of production. Upon request, Models must provide RedSext with accurate and complete copies of the required records, including valid government-issued identification for all individuals depicted, in compliance with federal law.
Models who post content on RedSext must also provide a designated Custodian of Records, including their contact information, for all visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257. This information must be maintained and made available for inspection upon request by any authorized federal official.
RedSext reserves the right to remove any content that does not comply with these regulations and to terminate the accounts of users found to be in violation of these requirements.

7. Anti-Modern Slavery Statement
RedSext is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in all aspects of our operations, including the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking. RedSext has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of modern slavery and is dedicated to ensuring that our platform and services are free from any practices that could contribute to these crimes.

Due Diligence: RedSext is committed to conducting due diligence to prevent modern slavery within our supply chains and our operations. This includes verifying the identity and age of all Models on our platform to ensure they are participating voluntarily and legally.
Monitoring and Reporting: RedSext actively monitors activities on our platform for any signs of exploitation or illegal activities, including modern slavery. We encourage all Members to report any suspicious behavior or content that may indicate modern slavery. Reports can be made anonymously, and all reports will be investigated promptly and thoroughly.
Training and Awareness: We are dedicated to raising awareness about modern slavery among our employees, contractors, and Members. We provide training and resources to help our team identify and respond to signs of modern slavery and to promote ethical practices across our platform.
Zero Tolerance: Any Member or Model found to be involved in modern slavery, human trafficking, or any related illegal activities will face immediate termination of their account and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Continuous Improvement: RedSext is committed to continually reviewing and improving our practices to combat modern slavery. We work closely with legal experts, industry bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure our policies and practices are effective in preventing modern slavery.
By using RedSext's platform and services, you agree to uphold these principles and to act in a manner that supports our commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking.

8. Additional Prohibited Content
Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
• Child Pornography (anyone under the age of 18)
This includes depicting or describing persons under the age of 18, or appearing to be under the age of 18.
If your website uses the word “teen,” it must be stated, in a clear and conspicuous manner, that the models are 18 or 19 years old.
• Forced / Non-Consensual Sexual Activity
Oral, anal or vaginal penetration by sex organs, objects (dildo, strap-on,etc.) or fingers and wording or actions indicating lack of consent: rape, force, asleep, drugged, passed/blacked out, chloroformed, unconscious, hypnotized, drunk, intoxicated, inebriated, stoned sex, etc.
Someone who is drunk, drugged, asleep, hypnotized, etc. cannot give consent, and is therefore classified as a violation.
• Bestiality
Content depicting or describing sexual acts with animals or with non-human creatures (aliens, mythological creatures, monsters etc.). Pets are banned too.
• Hate crimes, injuries, mutilation of a person or body part
• Violence, extreme sexual violence and/or pain
• Blood (including female period)
• Scat (mentioning as well as displaying feces)
Additionally:
• Background people cannot be included, not even those in the far distance, and shall not be blurred. This is to avoid the use of non-consensual contents (as they never authorized for their image to appear in adult media).
• Alcoholic beverages (and in doubt, all that might seem such) as well as illegal substances, are prohibited.
9. Governing law and Jurisdiction.
This Agreement, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ireland. Each Party irrevocably agrees that the courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation.
